Your use of this site, and any of our products and services are governed by and are interpreted under the Law of England, and in any dispute the jurisdiction of the English courts will be paramount.

Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card / account is authorized for the transaction. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order. You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address you specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time we retain title to the goods.


As with all shopping websites, we collect personal information from you when you shop online with us. We use this information to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. We need it to process and fulfill your order, and to inform you of any delays or problems. Under no circumstances is your information or email address EVER passed to a third party. We also only use your email address for notifications about your order, unless you have signed up to our newsletter which is for our marketing purposes only. In placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to the collection, processing and use of this information by Wonderland Bags. By supplying your email address and contact phone number, you have given us your permission to email or phone you regarding any issue with your order or with the service we are providing you. We use Paypal Inc for payment processing. You can use Paypal even if you don’t have a Paypal account, as long as you have a valid credit card. This means that we never see and do not store your credit card details.


As with all bag manufacturing, tones of the colours we use to make our products may vary slightly from bag to bag and manufacturing run to run. If you are not happy with the product you receive you can send it back to us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll either exchange the product for an alternative or give you a full refund, whichever you would prefer. Please see our refund policy for full information.


If for any reason your bag becomes faulty within six months of your purchase date please contact us using the contact form at the foot of every page or the email address sent to you when your order was finalised so we can arrange for you to email us a picture of the fault along with your name and order number. We endeavour to respond to this type of request within 72 hours to discuss your options which may include repair, refund or exchange. Items purchased from an independent or department store must be returned back to the relevant store for exchange/refund – it is up to the relevant store if they wish to accept the items back.


If you have a valid claim in respect of any of our goods which is based on any manufacturing defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification in accordance with these terms, we shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the faulty part in question) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). This does not include any damage or normal wear inflicted upon the product subsequent to you taking possession. We shall not be liable to you in connection with this agreement in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data (in each case whether direct or indirect) or any indirect loss. Our aggregate liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered by you. You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, or your use of this Website, or the use by any other person using your registration details. You may not misuse the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking or other unauthorised access). We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or location of anyone using our site or services.


We use MyHermes or Royal Mail postal services to deliver your bag, and always require a signature to confirm delivery. This signature is the acknowledgment we have delivered your order to the address you requested. We advise you to get your ordered delivered to your billing address, which should normally be the same as your home address. If you have not received your item within 14 days of ordering please contact us so we can check the tracking details.
